The Whitmer administration targeted and bullied supposed COVID violators – and then denied them due process and destroyed evidence that would exonerate them.
It’s time to end the Whitmer administration’s hypocrisy, half-measures, and harassment.

| WHITMER PASSES THE BUCK ON MANDATES HURTING KIDS |
The day after Whitmer chose to go maskless while others around her were masked at a Saginaw event, she suddenly rescinded her administration’s guidance calling for masks in schools. This isn’t the first time Governor Whitmer has reversed a policy after getting caught violating her own rules and recommendations.
Unfortunately, this move is less than a half-measure and still leaves thousands of students across the state forced to wear masks in school.

“Instead of giving control of our kids to local school officials, it’s time to respect kids and put parents back in charge.
“Michigan children can’t wait, as each day another child falls further behind academically or deeper into depression, anxiety, or worse.
“Across the nation, states are beginning to catch up with what parents have been saying for years: Mask mandates don’t protect kids in school — they hurt them.”
It’s past time to end forced masking and COVID mandates statewide, and give students the same freedom and choice enjoyed by Governor Whitmer and other Democrat politicians.

Shocking testimony at the House Oversight Committee this week revealed that Whitmer’s MIOSHA levied fines based on a “general feeling,” harassed and bullied supposed violators, and then deleted evidence that would exonerate the accused.
The City of Port Huron fought back, but many Michigan businesses and private citizens were bullied into paying fines for violations they didn’t commit. It’s time for Governor Whitmer to rescind and refund every MIOSHA COVID fine, and apologize to the people of Michigan for the tyrannical enforcement of her unconstitutional COVID orders.
| A BILLION DOLLAR TAX CUT |
Republicans in the state legislature this week passed a billion dollar tax cut for the people of Michigan, and they’re fighting for more. The state has a $20 billion budget surplus and recently handed out a billion dollars to just one company.
Instead of spending the taxpayers’ money on more projects for Whitmer’s special interests, we’re grateful the Senate voted to give it back to taxpayers who are struggling with record inflation in the Whitmer-Biden economy.
