Michigan Democrats Attack on Worker Freedom is Bad for Business
Lansing, MI – Michigan Democrats continued their assault on Michigan Workers today as Governor Gretchen Whitmer signed the repeal of Michigan’s Freedom to Work Law. Michigan Freedom Fund Executive Director Sarah Anderson had this to say:
“Governor Granholm, err, Governor Whitmer, we’re blown away. The speed at which you and your legislative allies are destroying Michigan’s business climate is astounding. We will look back at this moment as the beginning of the new Lost Decade. Under your ‘leadership,’ Michigan was already losing jobs and population and the signing of the repeal of our Right to Work law will expedite that process.”
